It was a cold summer but I managed to get a fair amount from my, no tilling, no weeding, no watering, Jhinn Garden. Not bad for it's first year. The Jhinn Garden began with all the litter from the barn, allowed to get rained on and rot for a good two weeks before planting. What wasn't covered in hay, I ran up and down with the lawn mower when needed.
Dirt being thrown in on top of horse manure to prepare for the apple tree cuttings temporary home today. That's Alemy with her boy Jacob on the truck, checking things out.
Tomatoes are coming along nicely. Running out of time and season though. Expecting it to get colder in the next few days.
My beagle, Chloey, stands at the head of the rows being prepped for the apple tree cuttings going in. First layer was hay, then horse manure, then soil. Hope this works and they survive the winter. Then they'll be moved into what will be, Omen Orchard.
Ok, one picture of the goats congregating.
